CPCH Chooses indieDwell to Develop Housing Units

Following many months of research into various housing models, costs, and opportunities for sustainable construction, the CPCH Board has chosen to develop housing with indieDwell. indieDwell provides modular, affordable housing solutions that are energy efficient, sustainable, healthy, and durable. Although indieDwell has historically upscaled shipping containers for its models, they are currently developing a rolled steel model which will provide greater flexibility in design AND cost less. They expect to upload information on this new model to their website in early December. Their commitment to their employees’ well-being and to the environment are important principles CPCH supports.
