Help make Living Wisdom Village a Reality!
All donations support this project and will help homeless, transient, and downsizing seniors age in place in safe, affordable housing. We don’t have an office or the resulting overhead expenses, but there are monthly costs to keeping the project going.
Construction of Living Wisdom Village will be paid for primarily through grants provided by the state and charitable foundations. These funds are not unlimited, and it currently appears that the project will have a significant funding gap. This will result in long-term debt, an unfavorable position for a non-profit organization. Please help us close this gap by sending a donation today.

CPCH has purchased 4.6 acres for development of Living Wisdom Village, Elders Creating Community - a senior affordable housing project, and is now moving into the design phase. Please help us acquire matching funds necessary to obtain grants to engage an architect and engineer. All amounts are greatly appreciated, no matter how much.
CPCH is an Enterprise Zone Contribution Project which allows a 25% Colorado state tax credit on all cash donations (in the amount of $100 or more) from individuals and businesses when the contributor pays state tax with an itemized tax return. A completed tax credit form is needed to process Enterprise Zone tax credits.
