people within Saguache County.
Crestone Peak Community Housing is a Colorado 501(c)3 non-profit working since 1994 to:

help low-income and disadvantaged people obtain access to affordable quality housing;

serve as a model in designing and financing affordable housing in rural Saguache County, promoting economic self-sufficiency and livability.
WE'RE FUNDRAISING!
CPCH is currently under contract to purchase 4.6 acres for Living Wisdom Village, Elders Creating Community - a senior affordable housing project, and is fundraising to pay for the land. All donations up to $10,000 will be tripled by a private donor! A Colorado Enterprise Tax credit is available to those who make a donation of $100 or more to this project. Read more...
